I would avoid taking any reptile there though as took my bearded dragon there as she had a prolapse. The Vet Chris told me that 'she' was actually a HE after operating on her, sewed her up and it happened again. He then sewed 'him' up again.

I then found out a couple of days later (after taking 'him' to another vet due to an infection where he had operated being so bad, it nearly killed her) to be told that 'HE' was pregnant and the reason for the prolapse was more than likely because of the pushing out of eggs.

It's a pretty standard pets at home. Once you've seen one you've seen them all. Has pet grooming facilities. Caters towards cats, dogs and other furry pets. There is a small section for reptiles and another slightly larger section for fish. I've tried to get frozen mice/rats for my pet snake and managed to get them about 50% of the time. My advice for reptile owners would be go to a more specialised shop in town, Exeter Exotics is very good!

You can get everything here. But it's not the cheapest. Discovered other shops charge 10-20% less. VIP members do get money back on price promise but u end up spending more anyhow! Staff polite.

Once I confronted Chris about this, his attitude was more than unprofessional and his customer service was appalling. Avoid this vet at all costs.

Good for buying live pet food most of the time. (Sometimes if you get there late, the live food is rubbish and not worth buying).

Okay first off when I got to look at a new pet I do not like store assistants swaying my views, also the customer service here is atrocious. Also I recently purchased 20 pounds worth of fish that have eaten and rekt each other with good care and attention after being assured by the shop assistant that they are good community fish. I will raise these points when I next return but god help this store.
